Liturgical fragments in Leuven: GBIB |
These are the liturgical fragments of B-Leuven, GBIB:
This folder contains some liturgical fragments from Mechelen, some of which are very small and dirty. One of the fragments (wrapped in a brown envelope with the text Fragment d'Antiphonaire manuscrit (Grand Séminaire de Malines) written in large blue letters) is a double leaf of an 11th (?) century antiphoner fragment with Lorraine (or Lorraine-like) neumes.
Several fragments, liturgical and non-liturgical, from bookbindings of the Jesuits, among which:
B-C: Double leaf of an 11th (?) century notated missal, Low Countries neumes | |
Z: Two leaves of an early or mid 12th century antiphonarium with Low Countries staff notation |
Ms B-LVgbib Mechelen 5 has some interesting flyleaves.
The front fly leaf contains a sequence for Trudo, with
Hufnagelschrift on ink staves, ca 13th century (not in AH).
