| Gerulphus |
Lord of Merendree near Gent. He lived from ca 740 - 750; he converted to christianity against the will of his family, and was murdered at a young age by his godfather. His relics were kept in Abdij Drongen. He is considered a martyr.

8 Oct.: Adventus sancti Gerulphi (duplex)

An office is in LMLO (GF-81) and in AH (vol. 26, nr. 21), referring to an edition of the office in Acta Sanctorum, Sept. VI, pp. 251 ff., based on a printed version, belonging to Antonius de Stoop, abbot of Drongen.
