Calendar and liturgical prescriptions, mid 15th century, of a convent under the Augustinian rule (hence Augustinians, Premonstratensians or so), dedicated to Barbara and John Evangelist, probably belonging to a congregation with Georgius as a patron; diocese Utrecht.
16 folia; ca 13,5 x 21 cm; littera hybrida; no music.
In the calendar several high feasts are entered in blue paint, among which: Epiphany, Marian feasts, Georgii martiris patronus ecclesie matricis, Augustini episcopi et patroni ordinis, All Saints, Barbare virginis et martiris patrone nostre solemne festum, Christmas, Johannis apostoli et evangeliste solempnis festum quia patronus noster.
Perhaps there is a small lacuna between fols. 14 and 15.
