Many manuscripts of the Mariakerk have been preserved, among which many liturgical manuscripts.
The oldest manuscript is a Collectarius NL-Uu 424. Next we have NL-Uu 406, an antiphoner dating from the 2nd half of the 12th century. Younger Antiphoners are NL-Uu 407, dating from the 14th century, NL-Uu 408, from the mid 15th century. Other office manuscripts are the Breviary winter part NL-Uu 404 and the Antiphoner summer parts NL-Uu 410 and NL-Uu 411, all 2nd half of the 15th century. The Antiphoner summer part NL-Uu 409 is slightly younger, dating from the late 15th or perhaps early 16th century.
Besides, there is a Psalter NL-Uu 418, ca 1325-1350, and a manuscript with the offices for the Triduum Sacrum and Dedicatio Ecclesiae NL-Uu 419, from the late 13th century.
For the mass there are a Missal (not noted) NL-Uu 403, ca 1475, and a Gradual NL-Uu 413, from the late 15th or perhaps early 16th century.
Next there is a Liber Sequentiarum (Utrechts Prosarium) NL-Uu 417, from the 13th century.
There is a Pontificale NL-Uu 400, ca 1450.
An Evangelistarium, prepared ca 1000-1050 probably in the diocese of Bremen, containing the oaths for the canons of the Utrecht Mariakerk (added to the book in a 16th century hand), is preserved as NL-Uc BMH h 9.
A Ceremoniale, prepared 1515 at Utrecht by Henricus Beyer is preserved as NL-Uc ABM h 87 (edited by Rientjes in Arch. Aartsbisd. Utrecht XXXVIII, p. 153 ff.).
