B-GEELdgm Dimpna office

The office for Dimpna, patron saint of Geel and of the Dimpnakerk, is (partly) preserved on some leaves. Two bifolia are bound in the B-GEELdgm Graduale (between fols 114-115 and 227-228), and a loose folium is kept separately. The leaves are from the 16th century; square notation on red staves.

The office is incomplete; it was apparently complete when it was edited in AH 25, nr 86, but part of it is now lost (from the second nocturn onwards).

The leaves of the office display measures different from those of the B-GEELdgm Gradual and the B-GEELdgm Antiphoner of the same church, and probably it was a separate booklet containing only the office for Dimpna.
