Antiphonal, incomplete (first 75 leaves missing); it opens on fol. Lxxvi-recto with Trinity and Corpus Christi. Hufnagelschrift on black staves, 16th century. For Matins it contains the invitatory and responsory verses only, no antiphons nor responds. The first verse halves of the psalms and canticles are also recorded. The ms is apparently meant for a cantor or soloist.
An index is written on the last leaf of the book.
There are chants for Luthardus; Dedication is between Mary Magdalene and Assumption (see the hymns on fols. 143v-144r).

fol. 106r: in festo luthardi (LMLO LV-81, referring to AH 26: 95). 5 antiphons, a responsory, a hymn incipit and a gospel antiphon for 1st Vespers; suffragium de sanctis; invitatory and 9 responsory verses for Matins. Luthardus is recorded between Nativity bMv and Michael.
