This manuscript, a 9th century Samuel-evangeliarium, became no later than ca 1130 property of the Munsterbilzen abbey, an abbey for noble ladies.

It contains an Ordo Stella, added to the ms after its arrival in Munsterbilzen (hence ca 1130 or slightly later), provided with staffless neumes (Low Countries type). According to Smits van Waesberghe the play should be attributed to Theodericus of St Trond (for reasons of literary style).
