Bible, mid 12th century, Stift St. Viktor in Xanten.

On (or around) f. 71v lamentations are written. They are provided with staffless Low Country neumes, written by a slightly younger hand. The text shows no spacing (neither between the lines nor between the syllables), and the neume ink is of a slightly different colour than the text ink. The final phrases Hierusalem Hierusalem convertere ... are written in the margins.
